Terms of Service

By registering and using KOLPopZ, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1 Eligibility
- •You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- •You must own and operate a genuine, active Instagram account.
- •Each person may only hold one KOLPopZ account.
2 Campaign Rules
- •Each campaign has a 40-day window in which you must complete 30 approved post submissions to qualify for payout.
- •You must post exactly as instructed — using the caption and photo provided by KOLPopZ without any modifications.
- •One submission is allowed per day per campaign.
- •Submissions must be made on the same day the post is published.
3 Submission Requirements
- •Your Instagram account must be set to public during the campaign period.
- •Each screenshot must clearly show your Instagram handle.
- •Screenshots must show Reach or Impressions metrics.
- •The IG Story must be added to your Highlights for admin verification.
4 Payment Terms
- •Payouts are processed via DuitNow transfer to your registered bank account.
- •Payment will be initiated within 3 working days after your withdrawal request is approved.
- •KOLPopZ is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect bank details provided by the member.
- •Bank account information must be submitted and approved by admin before a withdrawal request can be made.
5 Prohibited Actions
The following actions will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:
- •Submitting fake or edited screenshots.
- •Using another person's Instagram account.
- •Deleting posts that have already been submitted as proof.
- •Creating multiple accounts.
- •Any form of fraudulent activity.
6 Platform Rights
- •KOLPopZ reserves the right to modify campaign content, reward amounts, and platform rules at any time.
- •KOLPopZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if a violation is found.
- •KOLPopZ reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet the required standards.
7 Disclaimer
- •KOLPopZ is not responsible for any technical issues on Instagram's platform that may affect your ability to post or submit proof.
- •Campaign content is provided by our advertising partners. KOLPopZ does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party content.
